Behind the booth
He is a bachata specialist, and one of the very few DJs on the circuit who produces his own remixes and covers — music production experience going back to 2004, well before he ever stood behind a booth.
The DJing came out of dancing. He has been on the floor since 2008, and that is where the ear comes from: first-hand knowledge of what a room actually wants to move to, rather than a guess made from the other side of the speakers.
Every week he is hunting for new songs so the set never goes stale, and working on his transitions. He joined Sensual Movement in 2016 and has played every congress and festival the organisation has run since. Usually the first to arrive and the last to leave.
